Brian refines the initial design concept by developing detailed plans and elevations that highlight key elements, materials, and finishes. This phase focuses on adjusting spatial arrangements for functionality and harmony.

Brian submits refined plans, and works with the client to finalize scope of the project, layouts, materials, finishes, furniture, and any other decisions that need client feedback.

After the budget is finalized, the client provides Brian with initial funding so that he can make all purchases at trade cost and pay vendors directly. Custom and special-order items also are usually purchased during this phase.

Brian coordinates the delivery and arrangement of furnishings, artwork, and decor, supervising installation to ensure seamless and flawless execution. Brian makes necessary modifications to achieve the desired outcome, all while maintaining an unparalleled focus on detail.

After project completion and only with client consent, Brian arranges a professional photoshoot to highlight the space, with an emphasis on design composition, lighting, and styling.
